In her teens, she studied and performed with the Boston Ballet. Susannah continued with jazz dance training in college, graduating cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Government. While working in the busy film industry of Los Angeles, Susannah embraced the power and serenity of yoga. As a mother of two young boys who love to dance, she started teaching for the MLYNA youth ballet program in Alexandria, VA. Then in 2009 Susannah decided to launch her own dance program for children, and GO BANANAS Dancing was born! Immediately popular, GBD has rapidly spread to schools and county programs. Hundreds of kids have learned how to GO BANANAS Dancing! About the TeamMs. Susannah is thrilled to kick off the season with an awesome team of instructors! CamilleScarborough has extensive experience in ballet and spent 8 years as a parent/teacher aide atArlington Unitarian Cooperative Preschool. KelleyBeasey has been dancing for over 20 years and also teaches for The Washington Ballet. Nicole Holohan has 8 years of jazz dance experience and has worked with children for years as an arttherapist.
